What we sell
We sell t-shirts only, to customers in the United Kingdom.
What we collect
Depending on what you do on the site, we may collect:
• Order details — name, delivery address, email, phone (if you give one), and what you ordered
• Payment information — handled by Wix Payments; we do not store your full card details
• Messages — if you contact us by email or through a contact form
• Technical data — such as IP address, browser type, and basic device information that the website platform may process to run the site securely
We do not run a mailing list or newsletter. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Why we use it
We use personal information to take and fulfil orders, take payment, reply to you, meet legal and tax duties, and keep the site working and secure.
Who helps us process it
Orders and the website rely on other companies acting for us:
• Wix — hosts the site and store tools
• Wix Payments processes card payments
• Printful — prints and ships your t-shirt
They only get what they need to do that job. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep order and customer records as long as we need them for the order, returns handling, and UK tax/accounting rules, then delete or anonymise them when they are no longer needed.
Your rights (UK)
Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information, and object to certain uses. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. To use these rights, email porridge.gristle@gmail.com.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
