These terms apply when you buy t-shirts from Gristle Labs via gristlelabs.com.

Products
We sell t-shirts only. Items are printed to order by our print partner, Printful.
Where we deliver
At present we deliver to the United Kingdom only.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where it applies, unless we say otherwise. Payment is taken through Wix Payments at checkout. An order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we confirm the order or when production starts.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates. Print-on-demand items are made after you order, so they usually take longer than off-the-shelf stock. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave.
Returns and refunds
Because each shirt is custom printed for your order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size chosen, or preference.
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us promptly at porridge.gristle@gmail.com with your order details and photos. We will arrange a reprint, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for faulty or misdescribed goods still apply.
Age
You must be 16 or over to place an order with us.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that UK law does not allow us to limit. Otherwise, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when you ordered.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live in the UK.
